Villa Description
Situated on the Southern Coastline of Anguilla, and close to the small and scenic Sandy Hill Beach popular with locals and tourists alike. White Cedars is a brand new villa completed in 2010 and has been built carefully to create a perfect and relaxing vacation. The views from White Cedars are breathtaking, stunning views of the Caribbean, the islands of St. Martin, St.Barths, Saba & St. Kitts, while capturing the prevailing tropical trade winds of the beautiful island of Anguilla.
The furnishings and interior design successfully blend natural elements of wood, granite and stone with contemporary sophistication. All three bedrooms feature super king beds using luxury white linen from England and are air-conditioned with screened louvered doors opening to a patio overlooking the pool with a view to the neighbouring islands. They also have ensuite bathrooms including two outdoor showers.
There are two living areas - inside featuring a double height ceiling with fans and outside adjacent to the dining area and TV and computer room.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with American appliances allows the guests to do as much cooking or as little as they wish whilst others can simply sit by the outside bar and enjoy the breathtaking tropical sunset.
The location of White Cedars is a short 10 minutes drive from one of the world's best beaches, Shoal Bay East, with its pure white sands and clear turquoise waters this beach takes your breath away. 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
$1000 Security Deposit
If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check.
