This new luxurious villa is located on the Lockrums Estate and sits on .6 of an acre on the South Coast of Anguilla and approximately 5 minutes from the Blowing Point ferry terminal with easy access to WallBlake Airport and the famous restaurants of the Island. Argiano is a four bedroom double house with each bedroom having its own marble en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms can be configured with either a king size or twin beds. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and are equipped with flat screen televisions, Bose docking stations, built in closets, and personal safes, and Frette and Ralph Lauren linen. The large bedroom terraces over look the Caribbean Sea with glorious views to St Martin. The spacious Great Room adjoins the pool deck it is themed to combine a restful colour scheme with reminders of its beach location and is subtly divided into a casual seating area with furniture to lounge on, a large flat screen television, DVD player and Play station and a more formal entertaininga area. The elevated air conditioned Dining Room overlooks the pool and features beautiful modern design wood dinning furniture that can comfortably accomodate 10. China and stemware are by Vileroy & Bosch. An outdoor dinning pavilion for more casual eating adjoins the Dinning Room. Both dinning locations are served by the state of the art fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The ground floor accommodation is completed by a fully equipped air conditioned study overlooking the Caribbean Sea, an air conditioned exercise room with both machines and free weights and a guest bathroom with a shower. The whole house is benefits from wireless internet and cable television. Outside the large deck is dominated by a 40 foot infinity edged pool which is suitable for both relaxation and more serious swimming. Lush grass lawns leads down to stairs to a secluded beach for swimming and sunbathing. The house is accessed via a carriage drive with automatic gates and there is ample on site parking. Argiano has been designed to a high specification to provide a spectacular family vacation home.
