The main house consists of 3 levels:
BASEMENT, which is inclusive of maid’s living quarters, laundry room, and a five-port garage.

GROUND LEVEL, which is inclusive of a kitchen, living room, sitting room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi)).

FIRST LEVEL, which consists of the master bedroom, master bathroom
(with steam shower and double Jacuzzi) and a gym/relaxation room.

The Club House consists of 2 levels:
GROUND LEVEL, which consists of a sitting and bar area adjoining the tennis court.
FIRST FLOOR, which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Adjacent to the main house and club house are:
* barbecue area with a full kitche

small gazebo; * pool (measuring 4.5 – 7 ft. in depth)
**jacuzzi 2 small shallow pools for relaxing or for the kids
